Nicola and Edward’s elegant wedding at the stunning Stanlake Park was a day full of romance, heartfelt touches and beautifully curated details.

Captured so effortlessly by Luke Cummins Photography, every moment of the day told a story, from their intimate ceremony within the Coach Barn, to the joyful reception in the large rustic Barn. Their colour palette of caramels, soft sage and ivory worked beautifully with the venue’s natural textures and warm tones, creating a soft, organic atmosphere throughout.

A Statement Flower Arch

The ceremony took place beneath a show-stopping floral arch, designed with abundant seasonal blooms in creamy ivories, caramels, warm neutrals and the softest hints of sage. Draped in flowing ivory fabric, the arch created a romantic focal point for Nicola and Edward to exchange their vows.

After the ceremony, this versatile flower arch which was built around solid silver birch was carefully repurposed to sit behind the couple’s round top table, transforming the reception space and tying the whole floral scheme together. This thoughtful re-use not only extended the life of the florals but ensured the stunning installation was enjoyed throughout the day.

Blooms, Botanicals and Personal Touches

Nicola and Edward’s floral arrangements were designed to feel natural yet refined, with a mix of dahlias, garden roses, delphinium, textured astilbe and soft foliage. Table centres were kept elegant and understated in ribbed low vases, letting the warm colour scheme speak for itself while complimenting the rustic nature of Stanlake Park’s barn setting.

One of the loveliest personal details of the day was their homemade wedding cake, decorated with delicate fresh flowers. Sitting proudly on a wooden barrel, it captured the spirit of the day perfectly, personal, heartfelt, and beautifully styled.
