Rachel & Joe’s Romantic Frensham Heights Wedding – A Floral Fairytale

I first met Rachel & Joe while decorating a wedding at Lillibrooke Manor in Maidenhead. As they explored the venue as a potential location for their own wedding, they had the unique opportunity to see my floral designs firsthand.

What better way to choose your wedding florist than by seeing their work in situ? At the time, I was creating floral arrangements for Jenny & James’ wedding (which you can check out on my blog here). Inspired by what they saw, Rachel & Joe quickly booked a consultation with me and later secured the fabulous Frensham Heights in Farnham for both their wedding ceremony and reception.

A Dreamy English Country Wedding Theme

Rachel & Joe envisioned a relaxed English country garden style for their wedding. Their floral color palette featured predominantly ivory flowers, beautifully accented with pops of peach and coral, creating a soft yet vibrant aesthetic.

The Ceremony: Breathtaking Views & Elegant Blooms

The weather on their special day was simply perfect, allowing guests to fully appreciate the stunning view from the grand ceremony room as Rachel & Joe exchanged vows. The floral arrangements enhanced the venue’s beauty, complementing the already breathtaking setting.

Rustic Floral Details: Jam Jars & Personal Touches

One of the standout floral elements of the wedding was the abundant use of floral jam jars:

A trio of jam jars adorned each guest table, adding a rustic and intimate charm.
Additional jam jar arrangements lined the mantelpiece during the ceremony, seamlessly tying in the floral theme throughout the venue.

Rachel’s mum added a heartfelt personal touch by baking a stunning naked fruity wedding cake, which looked absolutely delicious! And, of course, Rachel herself looked radiant and beautiful on her special day.
