- WooCommerce – orders are processed via our WooCommerce storefront
- Stripe – payments are processed via Stripe (credit card data is not stored)
- MailChimp – all email data are held by MailChimp (MailChimp also collect IP addresses but these are not used by MailChimp or Flora Special Occasion)
- Xero accounting software – used for creating invoices for orders

We use cookies across our website to improve its performance and enhance your user experience. We do not use third party retargeting cookies on our website, but we do use Google Analytics to help us monitor our website traffic.
We do allow third parties to place cookies within our emails and advertisement campaigns. We use MailChimp as our email distribution client. MailChimp places cookies within each email in order to report on whether a subscriber opens an email or clicks a button within an email. These reports inform our future campaigns to ensure that we distribute information that is valid and relevant to our subscribers.
