Rachel & Tristan’s Botleys Mansion wedding was nothing short of magical. This stunning couple, both old school friends of mine, chose the breathtaking Botleys Mansion in Surrey as the perfect backdrop for their elegant June wedding.

A Stunning Botleys Mansion Wedding Venue

When I arrived at Botleys Mansion for the first time on the morning of the wedding, I was absolutely mesmerised. Set within acres of rolling countryside, this grand Palladian mansion provided the perfect setting for a luxury wedding. The couple was incredibly lucky with the weather—a beautifully balmy Saturday enhanced the charm of this stately venue.

The Wedding Theme: White Florals & Silvery Foliage

Rachel and Tristan booked my wedding florist services a year in advance—they knew exactly what they wanted and never wavered from their vision. Their chosen wedding aesthetic was timeless elegance, with a sophisticated palette of stark white flowers, silvery foliage, and mirrored glassware.

Rachel herself added a personal touch by creating a fabulous seating plan displayed on a large mirror. She also sourced all of the candle holders and bud vases, ensuring a seamless, cohesive look.

The Ceremony: A Romantic Floral Wonderland

The couple exchanged vows in the stunning Green Room at Botleys Mansion. To complement the space, we designed:

• Four large floral pedestal arrangements for a striking focal point.
• Delicate Hydrangea pew ends, tied with silver satin ribbon for a soft, romantic touch.
• A beautifully adorned mantelpiece, featuring an eclectic mix of vases and candle holders filled with fresh blooms for a contemporary floral display.

The Atrium Reception: A Showstopping Floral Design

After the ceremony, guests were welcomed into Botleys Mansion’s iconic Atrium, where the wedding breakfast and evening reception took place. The grand crystal chandeliers hanging overhead created a breathtakingly elegant ambiance.

To enhance the beauty of the space, we designed two distinct table centerpiece styles:

• Tall martini vase floral arrangements, creating an opulent, high-impact display.
• Chic mirrored fishbowl flower arrangements, offering a more intimate yet equally elegant touch.
• Each table was completed with scattered blooms and candlelit bud vases, enhancing the romantic atmosphere.

A Truly Unforgettable Wedding Day
