Claire & Jonathan | A Stoke Place Wedding

Claire and JonathanĀ had a beautiful church wedding followed by reception at the fabulous Stoke Place inĀ Buckinghamshire.

The whole day from bouquets to reception was filled with masses of orange and peach flowers, which really set off the beautiful sunny Autumn day in early October, they were very lucky with the weather! We used seasonal flowers in differing shades of orange and peach to add contrast with ivory. Flowers included Freesia, Roses and Dahlias entwined with velvety soft silver home grown Brunia.

I can’t tell you how excited I get when given the opportunity to work with a bold and bright colour scheme, and Claire & Jon’s wedding was no exception, you can see from the images how stunning it looked!

The Stoke Place wedding reception was a picture of silver candelabras adorned with blooms, a stunning full top table floral runner all brought together with navy organza chair cover sashes which matched the bridesmaid’s dresses.

Stoke PlaceĀ is a stunning hotel and venue on the outskirts of Stoke Poges and Slough. Interestingly, the venue is set with 26 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens designed by famous landscape architect Capability Brown. So, plenty of places to get that perfect wedding shot i’d imagine!

Thank you to the talented Richard of Richard Skins Photography for providing me with these fab images, check out Claire’s happy face when receiving delivery of her flowers!
