From Consultation to Wedding Day, A Wedding Florist Guide
Choosing your wedding florist is about so much more than picking beautiful flowers. When you book me as your wedding florist, you are choosing a fully bespoke, thoughtful service designed to make your planning feel calm, inspiring, and genuinely enjoyable. I work closely with couples across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire to create romantic, natural floral designs that feel effortless and personal.
Here is exactly what you can expect when we work together.

Step One, Your Initial Enquiry
Once you get in touch, I will personally review your enquiry. I like to understand your wedding date, venue, and the overall feeling you are hoping to create. Whether you are marrying at a grand country house in Buckinghamshire or an intimate Berkshire barn, I will consider how florals can enhance the space beautifully.
You do not need to have everything decided at this point. Many of my couples come to me with a mood, a colour palette they love, or simply a desire for something romantic and relaxed. That is more than enough to begin.
Step Two, Your Bespoke Floral Consultation
Your consultation is where your ideas start to take shape. This is a relaxed and collaborative conversation, where I take the time to get to know you as a couple and understand what matters most to you.
We will talk through
• Your venue and its unique features
• Your ceremony and reception plans
• Your preferred colours and floral style
• Seasonal flowers available around your wedding date
• Your budget and how to use it thoughtfully
I specialise in creating natural, romantic designs using seasonal blooms, and I will guide you honestly on what will work best for your wedding, your venue, and the time of year.

Step Three, Your Tailored Floral Proposal
Following our consultation, I will create a detailed floral proposal designed just for you. This outlines your wedding flowers, styling ideas, and investment, all tailored to your day.
This stage is collaborative. We can refine colours, adjust designs, and ensure everything feels perfectly aligned with your vision. My aim is always to create a cohesive floral story, from your bouquet to your ceremony and reception styling.
Step Four, Final Planning and Refinement
As your wedding day approaches, I will confirm all final details and liaise with your venue or planner as needed. I have experience working with many venues across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, which helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
We will also look at repurposing flowers wherever possible, such as moving ceremony arrangements into your reception, so your flowers are enjoyed throughout the day.

Step Five, Your Wedding Day
On your wedding day, I take care of everything. I arrive early to deliver, install, and style your flowers exactly as planned.
From bridal bouquets and buttonholes to statement ceremony pieces and reception flowers, every detail is thoughtfully placed. My goal is for you to walk into your wedding feeling relaxed and excited, knowing your flowers are in safe hands.
Why Couples Choose Me as Their Wedding Florist
Couples choose to work with me because they want more than just flowers. They want someone who listens, understands their vision, and designs florals that feel natural, elegant, and timeless.
I take on a limited number of weddings each season so I can give every couple the care, creativity, and attention they deserve.

Final Thoughts
Your wedding flowers should feel like they belong to you, beautifully considered, effortlessly styled, and full of feeling. From our first conversation to the final placement on your wedding day, I am there to guide and support you every step of the way.
If you are planning a wedding in Buckinghamshire or Berkshire and would love something truly bespoke, I would be delighted to hear from you.
